About Rideout Rescue

Kelsey Rideout, CEO and founder of Rideout Rescue, has been in the Fire/Rescue service since 2012.  She first completed her EMT and started volunteering with a local fire department at night while attending paramedic school and working during the day.  Later she was hired as a Firefighter/Paramedic and also branched out as a tactical medic, operating with local Law Enforcement.  After more than ten years of service to both career and volunteer ground agencies, Kelsey transitioned to a Critical Care Flight Paramedic role, where she continues to practice today. 

Kelsey has always had a passion for training and education. She frequently attends (and occasionally presents at) many conferences and expo's around the country every year. She enjoys mentoring new instructors and collaborating on projects wherever she can.  She holds a Master’s degree, dual Bachelor’s degree, and an Associate’s degree. She likes to travel, scuba dive, cook, and hang out with her amazing husband.
